Service Description

Breathing directly affects the nervous system, our body, and mental state — changing the way we breathe can change how we feel. Not many people know that 60–70% of the body’s toxin clearance happens through breathing. This workshop offers a guided experience in conscious, mindful breathing, combining both theory and practice, including breathing techniques. Participants will learn simple exercises to connect with the breath, enhance body awareness, and calm the mind. Each session concludes with a singing bowl guided relaxation to integrate the practice. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel their booked class up to 3 hours before the scheduled start time without incurring any charge; cancellations made less than 3 hours before the class start time will be fully charged. Failure to attend a booked class without prior cancellation is considered a no-show and will be charged in full. Late arrival of more than 5 minutes after the class start time will result in refusal of entry, in which case the booking will still be charged in full.
